Mercedes-Benz Sculpture

Here are pictures of the Mercedes-Benz Sculpture found in the Detroit Auto Show 2010.

That will be the end of the description of the Detroit Auto Show.
The 'ugliest' cars in the Detroit Auto Show

Besides the best cars in the auto show, I also have the 'ugliest' cars in the auto show.

Although I like the 599 GTB Fiorano, the above picture shows 599XX was disgusting and I do not really like it.

This is the Toyota FT-CH Concept. It is one of the coolest concept cars in the auto show, but I do not like the design of it.

How do you think about them? Leave a tag too!

My favourite cars in the Detroit Auto Show 2010

My favourite cars in the Detroit Auto Show 2010

After looking through the cars in there, I picked my favourite cars which impresses me.

Well, the 2010 Audi R8 Spyder's design has been very beautiful and it is one of my hit list.

Previously there is the Maserati Granturismo Coupe. Now there is an upgraded GranCabio and I really love the design of it.

Even though the GM motors is in a condition where the company will be closing down, the 2011 Ford Mustang 5.0 have been tremendously improved compared to the previous Ford Mustang. Below here is the previous Ford Mustang.

The above picture is the Audi e-tron concept. I love the wheels and the lights of the car. Below will show the interior of the car. It is simple but nice.

How do you feel about them? Please leave a tag :)

This post will be a different type from the other post because it will be not about cars.

It will be telling you the summary of the story called 'Lamb To The Slaughter'.

It is about a husband who cares for his wife, who loves him very much. the husband takes his wife out every Thursday, which shows that he had been treating her well. while the wife was hopelessly in love with her husband, thinking that he is the center of the universe. Besides she s good housekeeper and was satisfied with her life.

But as time goes by, the husband became callous, uncaring and was ready to leave his pregnant wife. He does not want her to create a fuss as it may affect his career prospects, while the wife became shrewd after he left. She is calculating, uncaring and emotionless after she murders her husband. She also carries out the murder with the same care and planning with which she took care of the house.

I think that the wife was being quite selfish because I think that instead of murdering him, she should be more open-minded by making more friends.

Why?

Why?

I've created two posts, all about cars. So why cars?

The first thing is that cars is a form of transport. It is quite a time saver and not very troublesome. Besides in a car, there is air conditioner, so there is no need to be scared of been totally drenched in the rain. Neither do you need to get 'burnt' under the blazing hot sun. You also do not need to walk till your legs are tired. There is a car to serve you, but just that you have control it. But it will be so much better to be in a comfortable room than the other conditions stated just now.

Second thing is the beauty and elegance of cars. For me, no matter how bad the quality of your car is, as long as you have it, and it shows you the beauty of it, you will be considered very lucky.I don't mind having a Honda, or a car so much far ahead of it - Ferrari, Lamborghini, etc.. It just depends on the wealthiness of you. But seriously saying, as a advice, Japanese cars are more reliable than other cars made from other countries.

Italian cars are not very reliable because the turning part is not very good. Besides, the price is quite high.

German cars are luxurious and beautiful, but the price is also quite high.

Japanese cars are the most advisable cars. They are reliable because the price is acceptable and affordable, the quality is also quite good. Why not?

The third thing is cars are cool. The engine can be available in a lot of types: V6,V8,V10,V12,W12 and W16. The W16 engine belongs to the fastest car in the world - Bugatti Veyron 16.4. Besides, the shape of cars can be all different. You can see the difference in concept cars. They can be 2,3,4 and even five doors. Some cars can have 1 exhaust pipe, some can have two, some can have even 4 or more exhaust pipes! Some cars can be small, some can be big. That is how fanciful and how unique cars are.

History of cars

History of cars

Ferdinand Verbiest, a member of a Jesuit mission in China, built the first steam-powered vehicle around 1672 which was of small scale and designed as a toy for the Chinese Emperor, that was unable to carry a driver or a passenger, but quite possibly, was the first working steam-powered vehicle.

Leonty Shamshurenkov, a Russian, constructed a human-pedalled four-wheeled "auto-running" carriage in 1752, and subsequently proposed to equip it with odometer and to use the same principle for making a self-propelling sledge.

Ivan Kulibin, also a Russian in the 1780s, developed a three-wheeled carriage, human pedalled carriage.

François Isaac de Rivaz, a Swiss inventor, designed the first internal combustion engine, in 1806, which was fueled by a mixture of hydrogen and oxygen and developed the world's first vehicle, but the design was not very successful.

In 1879, Karl Benz was granted a patent for his first engine, which had been designed in 1878. Many of his other inventions made the use of the internal combustion engine feasible for powering a vehicle.

The first production vehicles in Great Britain came from the Daimler Motor Company, a company founded by Harry J. Lawson in 1896, after purchasing the right to use the name of the engines. Lawson's company made its first automobiles in 1897, and they bore the name Daimler.

Only Mazda's version of the Wankel engine has had more than very limited success.
